Damn, I didn’t think gas prices were *that* bad

Prices are displayed at a gasoline station in Manhattan Beach, California May 22, 2006, mocking at the rising cost of driving. (Robert Galbraith/Reuters)

Cripes, a bike would be preferable at that point. :P

FBI tears down barn, Amish vow revenge

Well not really, but that probably would’ve miffed them.

By the way, why exactly is the FBI spending money trying to find the body of a man missing for over thirty years, when they could be using the same money to find someone who is alive, like a child?  Hoffa was a corrupt union leader.  A man who was killed because of his dirty dealing.  Is his body really worth the money?

Abbas suggests referendum, Israel offers guns

And the world goes "WTF?"

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said Thursday he will call a national referendum on accepting a Palestinian state alongside
Israel if Hamas does not agree to the idea within 10 days.

Wow, just wow.  I honestly didn’t expect this.  No one did, I’d imagine.  Well, atleast Abbas is working towards resolving this conflict with Israel.  Bully for him!

Then, it gets odder.  Israeli PM Olmert and Defense Minister Peretz are going to allow the transfer of weapons to Abbas’ security forces.  Nothing major it seems, just some weapons and ammo to protect the Palestinian President.  But of course, the question is raise: Why?  Apparently because its believed that he’s in danger and might be a target for assassination.

Thats right folks, Israel is helping to protect a Palestinian leader.  I bet hell just got colder.

I really do.

Ain’t humanity grand?

Filed under: News, Opinion - Jason @ 4:23 pm

Apparently not.  Atleast not the asshats who left a climber to die on Mount Everest.  I mean seriously, what the fuck?  Is climbing a damn mountain more important than the life a fellow human being?  Its not like you’re the first to climb to the top.  Kudos to Sir Edmund Hillary for ripping these SOBs a new one.

Then, of course, we have a very very demented couple running around somewhere in the U.S., hunted by local and state police departments and the FBI.  Their crime?  Raping and killing a woman and sickeningly, recording it all on camera.

And perhaps worst of all, a man and woman in Jackson, Tennessee were arrested several weeks ago for RAPING THEIR ONE DAY OLD DAUGHTER.  They fucking raped a child that was only a day old.  Not a month, not a week, one day.  This alone has caused me to lose a lot of faith in the human race.

Lay, Skilling found guilty

Yahoo/AP.

These two bastards need to shoved in a small dark dank hole for the rest of their miserable lives.  Their property, all of it, should be sold off and the money given to everyone who got screwed by these two fuckers.

Too extreme?  These guys left thousands of people in financial ruin.  People in their 60s and 70s will now have to get by on social security, because their pensions and retirement plans are gone.  To hell with them and to hell with every businessman and woman who screw over the people who work or worked for them.
